High Pressure Duplex Steel Ball Valves for ENI-Agip

The pneumatic control top-mounted ball valve specially customized for corrosive working conditions has a diameter of 16" and a pressure of 900LB. It adopts American standard design and the valve body is made of duplex stainless steel. It is suitable for harsh working conditions with high corrosion, high erosion and high automation control requirements.

The pneumatic control ball valve is installed on ENI's oil field system in Nigeria and is an important emergency shut-off valve (ESDV) on the main pipeline. This valve adopts complex pneumatic control logic and has Exia explosion-proof level. It can not only operate normally and emergency shut off under remote conditions, but also perform manual operation and emergency shut off on site to meet the needs of decentralized control under various conditions.
