Large size pilot control regulator for Petrobras

At the request of PETROBRAS, we customized two large-diameter, ultra-high-capacity self-operated pressure regulating valves and other pneumatic diaphragm regulating valves for PETROBRAS 77 Floating Storage/Production. After many tests by the owners, these control valves can work well for a long time in harsh offshore operating environments.

As the current advanced FPSO project, PETROBRAS 77 can be directly used for pre-salt oil field mining operations upon delivery. The project integrates production processing, storage, unloading, personnel residence, and production command. The operating water depth is 2,500 meters. It can process 180,000 barrels of crude oil per day, process 7 million cubic meters of natural gas per day, and store 1.4 million barrels of crude oil. It can withstand the once-in-a-millennium storm. , can operate continuously at sea for 25 years without docking for maintenance, and is praised by the industry as a "giant offshore oil processing plant."
